Meet Brandon

Brandon Tait discovered his passion for sales and human connection early in his career. In 2010, while still in high school, he began working at Jack & Jones, an all-men’s European fashion brand, where his natural ability to connect with people quickly set him apart. Balancing school with a demanding retail role, Brandon advanced rapidly—earning promotions to Visual Merchandiser and Inside Sales Lead—and played a key role in opening multiple flagship locations across Ontario, including Square One, Toronto Premium Outlets, and Vaughan Mills. During this time, he became widely recognized within the company as a top-performing sales representative across three Canadian stores.

What truly defined Brandon’s success, however, was not just performance metrics, but his genuine interest in people. He developed a deep appreciation for understanding individuals—their uncertainties, aspirations, and goals—and helping them feel confident in who they are and the decisions they make. His charisma, authenticity, and people-first mindset became the foundation of his professional philosophy.

After five successful years with Jack & Jones, Brandon transitioned into hairstyling in Streetsville, Ontario, where he carried that same philosophy forward. With a focus on building confidence in men through personal presentation, he built and managed a loyal clientele of over 400 clients. This chapter further reinforced his belief that trust, care, and individualized service are the cornerstones of any successful relationship.

In 2018, Brandon shifted his focus to real estate—and quickly emerged as a top-performing agent on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. Ranked among the top real estate agents, he is known for delivering boutique-level service with a luxury, client-centric approach. Brandon’s goal extends beyond simply helping clients buy or sell property; he is deeply committed to making clients feel confident, informed, and genuinely supported throughout what is often the most significant financial decision of their lives.

Originally building his business in Mississauga, Brandon relocated his book of business in 2018 (re-established in 2020) and moved with his family to Orillia, Ontario—his fiancée’s hometown. Since then, he has founded a renovation / Kitchen company alongside an in-house boutique real estate office, creating a fully integrated, white-glove service model.
